What protects you as a client is our service agreement which clearly outlines what we deliver, our obligations, and your rights. We operate professionally and transparently and everything is documented before work begins.

Q3. Is it app based or cloud based?

It is cloud based. Everything runs in the background through secure cloud infrastructure and there is nothing to download or install on your end. Your WhatsApp number stays exactly the same, your clients will not notice any difference, and you can access your lead dashboard from any device at any time.

Q4. Is this POPIA compliant?

Yes. All lead and client data is stored and processed in line with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act. Data is only used to manage your leads and is never shared with third parties without consent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

Automation Solutions provides AI automation services for real estate agents including WhatsApp automation, lead qualification, appointment booking, document collection, CRM integration, and Voice AI. All services are subject to a once-off setup fee and a monthly retainer as agreed upon at the time of engagement.

2. Payment Terms

The once-off setup fee is due before work commences. Monthly retainer payments are due on the same date each month. Failure to pay the monthly retainer within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. The once-off setup fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, all automations will be deactivated at the end of the notice period.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information required for setup, maintaining active subscriptions to required third-party tools, and ensuring their WhatsApp Business account complies with WhatsApp's terms of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Automation Solutions will not be held liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from technical issues with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Make.com, or Manychat. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All automation systems, workflows, and AI configurations built by Automation Solutions remain the intellectual property of Automation Solutions until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a licence to use the system for their business.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
